Beijing First Pump production lines are well-equipped with casting and smelting furnaces, vertical lathes, cutting machine tools and boring and milling processing centers are all fully automatic data control, precision casting molds and resin sand, coated sand casting processes are the quality of pump accessories and appearance are strongly guaranteed, fully automatic curve heat treatment process of pump accessories. Use international advanced testing equipment for signal acquisition, digital filtering and calibration to ensure data accuracy, use spectrometer, liquid phase analyzer and other testing equipment guarantees the reliability and stability of the material.
Beijing First Pump adopts resin sand, coated sand, lost foam and other casting processes. We focus on the application of high chromium alloy, various stainless steel, PTFE and other wear-resistant centrifugal pump series.
